Merriam-webster.com defines trust as an “assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something”. Trust is something we use to show our faith and reliance on someone. A synonym for trust is confidence. How is it that we are able to have confidence in other people’s actions when we don’t have confidence in ourselves. When someone breaks your trust you might feel wronged and broken, which is normal. We must learn how to choose the right people to trust, so we can avoid being made fools of.
