Merriam-webster.com defines self confidence as “confidence in oneself and in one's powers and abilities”. As teenagers and young adults, we struggle to believe in ourselves and shy away from compliments and positive encouragement. Confidence is the difference between thinking about something and actually doing it. Having the predominant quality of confidence is something that most teens yearn to have. Realize that you are your own person, and that only you can make that change in your life.
