Talk 2: Peer Pressure

Updated: Aug 25, 2019

Merriam-webster.com defines peer pressure as “a feeling that one must do the same things as other people of one’s age and social group in order to be liked or respected by them”. Referring back to self confidence, it is important to have strong morals and beliefs in order to keep and manage your self control. Temptations are a huge struggle for not just teenagers, but adults, elders, and children. Being able to discern right from wrong and act upon the right moral decision is key, while trying to live a life full of joy and happiness.
