Talk 3: Bullying

Updated: Aug 25, 2019

Merriam-webster.com defines bullying as “abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful”. This definition can be referring to physical and/or mental associations. Being “weak” is a choice. There is a difference between being physically weak and mentally weak. Everybody has the ability to become stronger and more mentally independent and it all has to do with their self confidence and beliefs. Having a strong mental state is what sets you apart from the bullies. Believe in yourself because you are a strong individual. Spread your individuality and stand up for those who haven’t found theirs yet.
